The Word of God teaches us that we should guard the friendships we have so we have to learn to be grateful for the attentions others give us and to be friendly and loving in return. We must not be unkind.
Remember that if someone extends friendship to you, don’t forget it and never exclude that person from your circle of friends. Don’t hurt your friends. And don’t cause sadness to those who have sacrificed to give you happy times. Let us not withhold our love from those who gave of themselves to make us happy.
