Have you ever criticized someone who is works hard in the ministry?
You understand that judging someone goes against the commandments of God and besides that, we can’t allow ourselves the privilege of saying that if we were in that position that we would do the job better. Until we actually do something we don’t know what we are capable of doing.
Think about the fact that if you were in that place that perhaps you would do a worse job. It is time to stop criticizing because we can’t understand the responsibility that these faithful workers carry on their shoulders.

-James 4:11-12
Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it. There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you–who are you to judge your neighbor?
